The problem is that the key has been removed from the unit and the reseller that we purchased the unit from does not have any usb keys for the unit.<BR /><BR />Is there anyway we can disable hardware encryption on the unit? I have spoken to HP support and all they done is point me to page 24 of the user documentation guide.
