      <description>Tapes are new.&lt;BR /&gt;I talk with HP and they changes the drive again but sure the drive is ok.</description>

      <description>Hi, hmm okay.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;So let's see, you have used new tapes and new tape drive, upgraded firmware and it still wants new cleaning?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Did you run cleaning tape a couple of times? Sometimes it's required to clean it.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Maybe the tape drive you got was not brand new?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Is the environment clean? I mean if the server you have the dat72 installed in is very dirty then maybe that's causing it..</description>
