    <description>Hi.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I have on a MSL5026S2 the following error: "3032&lt;BR /&gt;Chassis S/N Character count is not correct".&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I didn't replace or install any part of Library.&lt;BR /&gt;I notice that label inside of Library is damaged.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;How can I remove the error?</description>

      <description>Hi,&lt;BR /&gt; Your error is most likely caused by the damaged barcode label. If you contact HP you should be able to get a new barcode label to remedy the problem.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Regards,&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Bryce</description>
