topic HP Colorado Backup II in HPE StoreEver Tape Storage

I want to perform a backup of several workstations when everybody is gone and had logged off. The problem is that my scheduled backup does not start if the server PC (from where I launch the backup) is logg off. For security aspects, I cannot leave this server log in during the night. How can I manage to make it work (batch file, specific option of Colorado Backup...) ?
In advance, thank you for your answers
Regards

P.S. This thread has been moved from General to Tape Backup (Small and Medium Business). - Hp forum Moderator

If I remember correctly, there is a scheduling option in the CMS software that will kick off at the spacified time.

CB II is a "desktop backup app" thus no service type account: you need to be logged on to backup. A server backup app will not have this limitation, but costs money of course.
Compare usd30 vs ud300+ to start off.

jk
