      <title>Data Protector Express 4 error code 1619</title>

      <description>I'm experiencing the following error code when I start up the Administration console after it worked several weeks:&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
Code: 1619 (0x653) &lt;BR /&gt;
Message: Initialization of database has failed. &lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
Initialization of the database driver has failed, and it could not be loaded. Please contact technical support. &lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
Backups are no longer created. I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling both version 3.5 and 4.0 with reboots and cleaning the registry with no success.&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
