      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes it fails with all tapes. &amp;nbsp;If I leave all slots empty the error indicator stops (after a restart).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have put in a new, blank tape and I get the error again.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
