I have an Ultrium 3-SCSI.&lt;BR /&gt;
I received the error &lt;BR /&gt;
Error 1040:no devices specified for all devices are now offline&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
Why?&lt;BR /&gt;
Please, help me for fix the problem&lt;BR /&gt;

      <description>Many thanks for your replay, but the link for upgrade is for download the version 3.5 sp2.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;That is the currently version of my software installed.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;my backup job is not running for this error&lt;BR /&gt;Error 1040:no devices specified for all devices are now offline &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;but the media in the ULTRIUM there are!!&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I'm desperate! :(&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks</description>

      <description>Lorenzo what I ment to say is to clik 1 time on the autoloader I attach a screenshot what I think is happening is that the tape drive is detected as a stand alone and not as part of the autoloader devices. Check the server's devices and then check the autoloader devices, if the tape drive is under the servers devices then right click on it and move it under the autoloader devices.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Pablo Alvarado Siles</description>
