Hi guys, out of the blue I started getting this error "DBERR_INVALID_OBJECT"

Its odd though... First it gives me that, then if I keep clicking okay at the error... A new error comes up.

"Error 1401- This job can't find media in the device, Please insert media"..

And now when I check our tape drive I find it has ejected our backup tape.

If I insert it back in... the Tape drive accepts it and runs the back up like normal...

Any idea why this is happening?

I'm using a recently purchased Tape drive, was working great till now.

Thanks for any help.
