Data Protector express error

"The Account node (machine)that you have entered does not exist on the Data Protector Express storage management domain. Contact your system administrator to obtain a valid machine name."

Since i'm the sys admin and can't seem to figure this out, i came here :) Has anyone seen this or experienced it?

We have just seen this, about a two week ago... Have you resolved this?

i also facing this problem start from last 2 week. no clue on how to resolve it. Any of you know how to overcome this problem?

I get this error when the job terminates as a result of a windows crash and the only solution I have found is to reinstall software. Suspect it is a database corruption, was hoping there was a better solution posted

Same problem here: attempting to add a new network node. The error message is exactly the one you can read in previous message, my OS is Win2008 Std R2 ENG.
