try diagnosing autoloader with LTT http://www.hp.com/cposupport/information_storage/support_doc/lpg50128.html and attach support ticket and exact messages generated by backup application to your next reply
incomplete backup

I have a SureStore 24X6 tape backup, and I keep on receiving messages saying the backup is incomplete. I am using ArcserveIT 6.6 for backups. I am also running Netware 5.1 on my server. The only way I can get this error to clear is to down and restart the server, and this only fixes the problem for a couple days. Is there anything else I can do? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Mike Paschke
