topic Data Protector Express - Backup Confusion in StoreEver Tape Storage

I have a backup job set up in Data Protector Express (3.10-sp1a) to backup data on two file systems, F and H, on a Win2K machine. The backup takes two tapes. When the backup completes, I am only seeing the data from F on the media. I don't see anything from H even though I have clearly selected folders in H to be backed up as part of the job. And to add to the confusion, the system shows that H has been backed up. I'm confused.
