    <title>topic Data Protector 5.5 in StoreEver Tape Storage</title>
    <link>https://community.hpe.com/t5/storeever-tape-storage/data-protector-5-5/m-p/704430#M48787</link>
    <description>Our Data Protector 5.5 has trouble performing an Exchange mailbox backup for 1 user (out of about 210). We just keep getting a constant stream of 'erroneous item' messages, then a message telling us that the maximum number of messages has been written to the database, then dozens of messages telling us that 'the client operation failed' for this user's mailbox.&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
Is there any way to get more information - ie why is the item in the inbox invalid? I can attach to her mailbox and open these erroneous items with no problems. Could it be that she has a rather large folder structure in her Inbox (ie inbox\folder1\folder2\mailitem), so it would appear that the item is only invalid as far as DP is concerned, not Outlook.</description>
