I need your help. I've forgotten the 'admin' password to access the Data Protector Express 3.10-sp1a.

I believe you have found yourself in the wrong forum. I think this would be the correct forum for a StorageWorks question:

No, this is the correct forum. We answer Data PRotectoir Express queries here since it ships with HP tape and autoloader devices.

That was the good news. The bad news is that there is no way to recover the admin password. You must uninstall Data Protector Express and then reinstall. Any backup copies on tape or other removable medial will then need to be imported back into Data Protector Express and any jobs will need to be recreated.
