      <description>Hello&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
one of my customer is using this software and lost his password for the software to login.&lt;BR /&gt;
Is there a way to reset or change the password ?&lt;BR /&gt;
It is urgent because they need to make a revovery of back up as soon as possible.&lt;BR /&gt;
Please help me&lt;BR /&gt;
