topic Data Protector 5.5 Installation Server installation in StoreEver Tape Storage

I'm getting the following error when I try to add an Installation Server on our Cell Manager:
"Import Installation Server failed.
12:1660
The Installation Server information cannot be added/updated in the Cell Manager configuration file."

There is a firewall between the Cell Manager and the Installation Server, but I've opened up traffic on all ports between the servers. I've installed Installation Server beforehand, and I've managed to install User Interface from the Cell Manager.

I also tried adding the server by editing C:\Program Files\OmniBack\Config\server\cell\installation_servers on the Cell Manager, but when I try to do anything in the user interface with the added installation server the User Interface crashes.

Both servers are running Windows Server 2003.

Anyone got any ideas how to fix this?
