I am currently using Version 3.10 sp4 (build 26718). Should I upgrade to the latest version? What would be the advantages and the cost? Thanks.

Latest Version is 4.0Sp1 right now it will cost but version 3.5sp2 is freee upgrade there are lots of fixes

Thank you very much. I have downloaded and installed the 3.5 sp2 upgrade. I notice now that there is a service running on my server that I haven't seen before: dpwinsdr.exe

Is this required to run the scheduled tasks or can I disable it?
