      <title>DAT 24 Error</title>

      <description>I cannot read/write any tape DSS3 at all with my SureStore DAT 24e. I have upgraded firmware, recalibrated it but I got this message: "Unable to read tape at any write current settings" and I already have tried with new tapes. Attached I have the support ticket. Any idea?</description>
