    <description>I'm not seeing an attachment.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Please make sure you specify as much as possible about your environment:  OS version and patch level, backup device and model, backup topology (direct connect (USB, SAS, pSCSI, ?), iSCSI, FC SAN, etc.), backup application and version, etc.</description>

      <description>Hello&lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
I just found out that our server has not been backed up since over 3 motnhs. It shows the error 1004. &lt;BR /&gt;
&lt;BR /&gt;
As it is a business server, I'd be very grateful if you could help me as fast as possible.&lt;BR /&gt;
