I click on the Log tab in the Data Protector for Notebooks Health screen, and then click on view detail. Up comes an error message "Failed to get the number of records in the Log database: The database disk image is malformed database disk image is malformed." What can be done?

Is there a forum for this software somewhere on the IT Resource center? or is it best to place it under the general category?

>Is there a forum for this software

(I asked the moderators to move it to the Data Protector forum.)

Using google for your error message doesn't turn up anything under HP's site. There are some under SQLite.

You probably should be talking to Support.

Data Protector for Notebooks is Data Protector Express, which has nothing whatsoever to do with the real Data Protector, for which this forum exists.

Is there a forum for DPX? Not really. Posts get posted here; people might know answers. But I generally ignore all DPX threads myself.

Might also try the Tape forum.

Thanks,
Scott
