Hello everyone

i got this status error for Library MSL 2024 with Library firmware 6.90.

What can I do to fix the problem?

Error LED is flashing with no error message displayed in tape libray screen

Backup to tape is successful.

Library Status is still "HE: internal SCSI cmd timeout (Code: FD 01)"

it looks like it tried to put the tape in the export slot but failed after trying a few times.

picker may have recovered and sort itself out. if it keep hapeening it may be a sign the picker is starting to fail
