HP Storage DAT 320 USB - how to access

Dear , I have a DAT 320 USB Storage Device, and i'm new in using it.

1- it's giving me a driver issue on Windows 10 when i plug the USB. where can i find its drivers because i'm not able to find them on HP Website.

2- Can i access the tape content like i access a normal USB storage stick ?

Recommended driver above does work on 32-bit version of Windows 10. For 64-bit version of Windows 11 I found version 1.7.1.0 pack working from https://rocketdrivers.com/manufacturers/tandberg/harddisk-controllers/hewlett-packard-dat320-usb-drive.
