    <description>Dan, Pat&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks for your replies.  &lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I will try and and see what happens but I am at the point of just giving up using this fibre channel tape controller and just go direct scsi and backup over ether.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Paul&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;</description>

      <description>I don't have this particular configuration, but have had this type of error.   &lt;BR /&gt;When using Win2000 and any 3rd party backup software, make sure that the Removable Storage service is DISABLED and not just stopped.  Even though NTBACKUP was actually written by Veritas it will cause I/O errors and CRC errors when using other software.&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
