    <description>I Tried to do a complete system recovery using the HP recovery disk and selected the "FORMAT AND RECOVER" option, but after going to all the motion and finally selecting "YES" to continue, nothing happens the screen stays frozen in the recover screen. Please help.</description>

      <description>Make a startup floppy disk. Do a straight format of the hard drive. Reboot after the format with cdrom suport from the floppy. Boot off the recovery disk. :)</description>
