The part of the message that indicates the problem is :
Power Fault and
BLINKING = LED is blinking and the unit is offline.

The following message indicates that you need to check the log files to determine why:
Error log information, if any, is logged in Activity log.

First thing to note regarding this error is that both Fans are reporting good status:
Fan Status:
Right Fan: Good. Left Fan: Good.
These messages contradict itself, so I would immediately check your firmware and your STM version to make sure it is up to date. You may get bogus error messages if your diagnostics is not up to date.

To update STM, download/install the latest Support Tools bundle from http://www.software.hp.com/cgi-bin/swdepot_parser.cgi/cgi/displayProductInfo.pl?productNumber=B6191AAE

To update your firmware, search for firmware and your model in the patch catalog:
http://www1.itrc.hp.com/service/patch/search.do?BC=patch.breadcrumb.main|&pageContextName=firmware:

or for Europe:
http://www4.itrc.hp.com/service/patch/search.do?BC=patch.breadcrumb.main|&pageContextName=firmware:

Once you have these updated, watch for the error again. If it continues to fail, log a support case for Hardware to read the event.log and other log files to examine the fan.
