WAN Accelerator software mismatch

Hello,

I current have a WAN Accelerator 5010 running software version 1.2.6, and recently acquired a couple 1020's running version 2.1.5. After I perform the configuration they all come up with software mismatch.

I'm trying to find the software code (not the utilities (RCU, etc) , which I can find) on HP's site without success. Would someone know the URL where I can find the software?

I currently have a case open 3216356059, but its a little slow going. As everytime I call I have to kinda explain its a DL380, but it's actually a packaged appliance.

Just curious -- were you ever able to find the updated software for this unit? I also just opened a case on this..

The software is downloadable via the Software Update Manager which is in the IT Resource Center. (http://www.itrc.hp.com) You will need to attach your support agreement IDs to your logon in order for the devices to be listed in the SUM screen.

I know this is late...just trying to help someone searching...
