Is there a list of the latest firmware for each product number available online somewhere?

I am particularly interested in the storage firmware

Given a product number, you should be able to find firmware for it.
Do you have a specific product?

Well we have a number of different age proliant servers, each with various smart arrays, and disks, so ideally I would like to get the information in a spreadsheet or some similar format.

Unfortunately, I don't think that exists.
You'll need to make one, starting with what you have.
