topic Connecting Windows 2000 to LSI SAN in General

We have recently installed an LSI SAN (equiv of FC60) and although I had no problem connecting any of our HP-UX servers to it, the LH servers (In order to run Win2000) we have recently purchased refuse to acknowledge the fibre channel LUNS which is a pain as we want to boot from them (Yes i know its a bad idea but its not my decision). Have replaced the HP Fibre Cards with Qlogic cards and although Santricity can see the cards, the servers refuse to acknowlege any volumes. All of the servers are attached via a Brocade switch and I have tried setting the switch ports for the LH channels to fabric but still no luck.
