Hi,

I am referring the SML site http://h20464.www2.hp.com/default.htm

It looks like it doesn't cover/show all HP storage devices like VA/EMA etc and old ones like FC10, SC10 etc.

I heard there are product media which can be used. Does anyone know where is the product media available? Or can it be requested from HP support or SML team?

Thank in advance.
Hi,
Try this one:
http://vsslfpro.zcce.compaq.com/plmcontent/NACSC/SML/default.htm
It is still the SML but appears to have a bigger list. I do not know if you will still find all the products you are after but who knows.
Mark...

Would you mind sharing those links?

Thanks again

If I am not wrong, SML stuff came up from DEC/Compaq world which makes me think that the product media should be there for old products.
Hi,
As requested...
Well, would have done but none of them work now !! or take me to a totally different place !!!
A few months ago HP took the SML off the web and you had to go through HP passport login to get to the files and then DOWNLOAD them as opposed to viewing things dirrectly.
I guess there was a big fuss about it - and I would agree - and a few weeks later the link/pages came back as it was before.
However the link did change to the one I gave you with the vsslpro etc which it was not before.
I guess that is why my old links no longer work ??
Mark...
Interesting...

I wonder why would HP put SML online?
I understand they want their customer to take care of service as long as it's related to CRUs. But then why not it's for all products?

Maybe they have customer and internal versions?

I don't know why they would make a fuss about SML. All I know that it's a great facilitation but then I expect it's complete.
