just like Gary Screw I ddi not find a forum for any storage software product.
My specific question, where do i find manuals for these products or somthing with a bit more meat that the marketing pages ?

well, "Fast Recovery Solutions" is not there!

It is not part of the Openview family, it belongs to the Storage Works group, but they don't seem to have fora ?
