SMART Array P840ar Driver rev level and Microsoft Windows 2016

Hi,

We are running a Microsoft S2D 2016 solution with some HPE DL servers. They have the p840ar Smart array controller. The MS S2D Healthcheck is flagging the array controller as not having the most up to date driver. We did load the latest SPP. The driver revision is 100.20.0.64, dated 28/06/2017.

Where can we find the latest driver?

We did load the latest SPP to update the firmware.

Any suggestions appreciated.

So the Latest SPP which is Service Pack for ProLiant (SPP) Version 2019.09.0 contains th below driver version for P840ar Windows 2016:-

106.26.0.64

If the driver has not been updated to the latest which is possibly because you have updated the SPP offline. If you want the drivers to get updated along with the firmware then you will have to update the SPP in online mode.
