This is a known issue and this has to be isolated first.

1. What is the server model?

2. What are the PCI devices, Storage controllers installed?

3. is the firmware up to date on the server?

4. was there any troubleshooting tried so far? if yes, what ?

Recommendations:
- Update the firmware of all the compoents to latest first.

- remove all the PCI cards, any devices connected to the server and test.

- bring the server to min configuraiton and test.

- if the issue persists, disconnect the cables / remove the storage controller and test.

- Run the hardware validation tool from the Intelligent provisioning and see if there are any errors reported for the hardware components.

Additionally, attach the screenshot / logs from the server.

Have you isolated the issue by testing the above things?

or did you log any case with HPE support?
