    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;OS could not loaded. It stuck on Window Logo, and could not pass.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Checked the volume statement.       <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hello Liu Wei,&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Please check the status after&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;cache module batteries/cappacitors status becomes healthy.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;is there any post eerror message ? Please engage the Remote support team for logs analysis and spare replacement if still&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;cache module batteries/cappacitors errors are seen on server.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Regards'&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
