error when trying to install window server

I'm trying to install windowser server 2016 on proliant ml30 gen10, but always when trying to run the ISO it presents me with this alert, can someone help me?

msg alert `the software has detected an internal error and needs to be installed or updated. download de lates recovery iso from our website..`
i downloaded the iso straight from the microsoft website.

Hi,

Could you please let us know how are trying to install OS : IP Assisted or Manual?

Try installing it Manually and check.

Also attach the Screenshot of Error message if possible
