font size on hp m402dn

a report (landscape) being printed by a linux server on a windows managed hp m402dn is missing characters on

both the right and left sides. We have tried to send commands to the printer to change to a smaller font size, but

there was no change. The printer on the linux side is configured as a "raw printer" with an IP address. Is there a way to tell the prnter to resize the report to fit on a4 paper?

Hi,

What is the default page setup of the printer? does it work as expected if printed from a windows client?

Has it ever worked form linux server ?

If you are using CUPS to manage printers on linux server you can try to change the printing options as suggested in below article ( point 9 ) and check if it helps
