Old Compaq EO1004B KVM - how to reset to factory settings

Hi,

I am using a bunch of very old Compaq EO1004B 8 port KVM in a non-profit. However, a few of them in selected ports seem to be stuck on a previous monitor, specifically Phillips 192E and this is totally screwing the resolution windows sends to the monitors. Does anybody have any idea how to reset these KVMs to factory settings? The manual is totally useless and there is no information about the serial COM port / instructions / commands / etc.

Or perhaps opening it and erasing the NVRAM by short-circuiting the jumpers?

Or perhaps anybody has any idea who may I contact? Mabe in HP?

Or, would anybody know where I may find the firmware flashing executable? Any version *should* work. Tx.

Tx for the effort, but that's the standard manual which does not solve my problems. I already had copies.

I would suggest, you have to log a proper case with HPE, and share the appropriate logs for further analysis.
