      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I wanted to know on what date the last spp for the gen9 was released. Then, I read that from gen10 the contract is no longer necessary to download the SPPs. I have seen that gen9 SPPs can also be downloaded without a contract. Can anyone explain to me why?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
