      <title>adapter located in Slot 12 is not responsive.</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;brand new&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;ProLiant DL385 Gen10 Plus with&amp;nbsp;HPE Smart Array P816i-a SR Gen10. installed esxi 7, runs a few vm. withint 2 weeks, 2 times the server was found early morning with unresponsible vm. datastore connexion was lost in esxi logs. in iLo i see "adapter located in Slot 12 is not responsive." we reboot to fix this.&amp;nbsp; lastest bios and drivers are installed. if we see this msg in iLo that means it's hardware related and not "OS dependant", right ? It failed both time when a lot of data transfert was going on during the night. i try to look for smartarray logs but how to i access that ? (install client in a windows vm gui ?)&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P style="margin: 0;"&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P style="margin: 0;"&gt;I would suggest you IML error or any POST screen for isolate the issue.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P style="margin: 0;"&gt;OR&lt;BR /&gt;You have to log a proper case with HPE, and share the appropriate logs for further analysis.&lt;/P&gt;
