One use password to reset access to KVM Console (408965-001)

I recently got a KVM-switch which requires a password to access the GUI.
Unfortunately I don´t have access to a rs232-usb-cable so I am not able to access it through the serial port.
When clicking the 'I forgot the password' in the GUI it gives me a key and eid and tells me to contact HP Support to receive a one-use-password. However, there is no mentioning where to contact them.

How / where do I get the one-use-password to recover access to the kvm-console-gui?

Hello, I am telling you that I had the same problem and I solved it with a fairly simple procedure, since HP told me that I needed to have current support to send me the recovery key. What I did was the following:
1.- Remove power from the KVM switch
2.- Separate the KVM switch from the 8500 LCD Monitor
3.- Wait 24 hours
4.- Use only the part of the KVM switch, connecting another monitor VGA connection and connect it to the second VGA output on the right
5.- Connect a mouse and keyboard
6.- Connect the power to the KVM switch
7.- The OSD video will be observed on the monitor without asking for a password
8.- You can configure a new password or leave it without a password
9.- Turn off everything
10.- Reconnect the KVM Switch with the LCD8500 HP monitor

This is how it worked for me correctly

Hola, te comento que yo tenia el mismo inconveniente y lo resolvi con un procedimiento bastante sencillo, ya que HP me decian que requeria tener soporte vigente para enviarme la clave de recuperación. Lo que hice fue lo siguiente:
1.- Quitar la energía del KVM switch
2.- Separar el KVM switch del Monitor LCD 8500
3.- Esperar 24 horas
4.- Utilizar unicamente la parte del KVM switch, conectando otro monitor conexion VGA y conectarlo en la segunda salida VGA el de la derecha
5.- Conectar un mouse y teclado
6.- Conectar la energia al KVM switch
7.- Se observara el video OSD en el monitor sin pedir clave
8.- Puedes configurar una clave nueva o dejarlo sin clave
9.- Apagar todo
10.- Volver a conectar el KVM Switch con el monitor LCD8500 HP

Asi me funciono a mi de manera correcta
