hpe proliant dl380 gen10 memory problem

Hello

I have hpe proliant dl380 gen10 with dual 8153 but i have one hynix 32Gb to install at slot 8. Btw system has error 231 with memory issue

I follow exact HP memory config for one dim at slot 8 and Ram part number HMA84GR7AFR4N-VK - SK Hynix 1x 32GB DDR4-2666

Ram working fine on other computer too.

So, what's wrong with me ?

Hello,

Please do confirm if the all the memory modules are the same.

Please do perform the below.

1. Reseat the memory module

2. Swap the memory module and check if the issue follows the DIMM or the slot

3. Please ensure that the memory modules are installed as per the below guidelines.
