I have an ML30 with Server 2019 Essentials ROK installed, I have the serial number for the software but not the installation CD, is there any way to get a copy?

As per your query,

You have Server 2019 serial key but you dont have ISO file, its very easy to go Microsoft website and download the ISO file.

After create a bootable DVD or flash.

So it makes no difference that it's the BIOS locked Reseller Option Kit version of Server 2019?

If any issue came same time you call to Microsoft after installation you open run then type slui 4 then select country and call then they ask to you installation id after they provide you confirmation id.
