Problema doppio processore

Ho un server HP Proliant Dl 180 G5 , volevo installare un secondo processore ma il post mi dice BMC errore 500

processore non supportato premere F1, premendo F1 all'avvio di windows il sistema va in crash.

I have a server HP Proliant Dl 180 G5 , I wanted to install a second processor but the post tells me BMC error 500

Unsupported processor press F1, pressing F1 when windows boots the system crashes.

Is second processor same as first processor?

Before boot are you already update the firmware?

Sì, il processore è lo stesso del primo, il firmware viene aggiornato

After update restart the server and check the error same or not , if same
error occurs, press f1 and check what the result?

After updating the Bios from the same error, and pressing F1 starts the operating system but only the windows window appears and immediately crashes, saying of a hardware problem, I had bought the used processor on ebay I communicated the problem to the seller who sent me a second processor but I have the same problem in my opinion are the processors, I also tried them instead of my processor on cpu socket 0 but I have the same problem.
