topic expected? ~50% less read performance between Microserver gen8 * Microserver gen10+ in Servers - General

hi All,

I did have a microserver gen8 with 4 sata drives in RAID5 connected to P410-512Mb in R70/W30 ratio with 1 bootLD of 512Gb and data volume remaining.

Now I moved and imported the 2 LD's on to E208i controller on a new micrserver gen10+ with equal server 2019 and memory but my average read using HDtune from 400MB/s went down to 240MB/s. I know that the E208i is entry without cache; but is that all causing the significant drop in read speed? It would almost make me suggest to just stick the P410-512 over to the Gen10+ microserver although un-supported just to get my speed back.

Any suggestions on tuning this? Or is it a simple architecture limitation of the E208i compared to P410?
