I want to receive EOS and EOL notifications, can someone share the link where I can enable the notifications.

If you have a valid user to the hpe support center, you can go to https://connect.hpe.com/mypreferences

type in your email, then you'll receive an email with a link, and there you can customize, pause or unsusbscribe what notifications to receive.

There are options related to Newsletters and also to Support Alerts.
