Once you click on the links it opens another page that DOESN'T have the software on it.

Yes, I understand that.. You need to have the active UPS contract/warranty linked with your passport account to download any files from this website.

Once the product is listed under your account, you should be able to get the files related to it.

If you don't have the HPE passport account, please create one and link the contract. https://myenterpriselicense.hpe.com/cwp-ui/auth/register

Alternatively, you may check if someone has the contract already linked to their account and can try to download the file.

This ups is 11 years OLD and there are no warranty contacts available for it.

I have no way to download the file.

The ups and module is over 10 years old how would there be a warranty available for it

That makes no sense and shows that you're sloppy at your job

We offer additional carepacks apart from warranty for continued support.

Certain firmware components are not made available publicly considering some restrictions and you need to have an active carepack to download that.

If you have an Account Support Manager, you may involve him for further details on this.
