0x1x8 G3 KVM Console Switch - lost password to web interface

Hello,

We are unable to access the 0x1x8 G3 KVM Console Switch via the web interface using the IP address. I've tried to Reset and the Restore Factory Defaults option but it still doesn't clear out the web interface password so I can access it remotely via the IP address.

Is there another way of resetting back to day one of Factory Defaults?

I've tried to Reset and the Restore Factory Defaults option but it still doesn't clear out the web interface password so I can access it remotely via the IP address. It just flashes the screen for a second but nothing ever gets initialized back to scratch. All my settings remain.
