    <description>Hi I'm not certain that you can get to that link so here is another for the device which will point you to a firmware upgrade.       <title>HP Console Switch J1474A question</title>

      <description>My company has a console switch, a J1474A, now it have been in use for the last years without any trouble.&lt;BR /&gt;But now comes the day we added a new server.&lt;BR /&gt;The IT manager that was in charge back then is no longer working for us. Ans now we do not know the admin account password.&lt;BR /&gt;Now I assume there must be a way to reset the passwords in this device.&lt;BR /&gt;I can not find it on the website. Can anyone help me out to explain how to do this?</description>

      <description>Thanks for the info, but the documentation states I have to call te service desk (wich I did but since its no longer in a contract or garanty they cant help unless i pay big)&lt;BR /&gt;and to upgrade the firmware I have to be in a certain mode ro recieve it that you can only do by entering the admin mode :(&lt;BR /&gt;I am in a lock down</description>
