Have you tried this? Please try once because Sometimes accessory storage within the disk can also slow down the running of the server. The hard disk drive responsible for administration purposely slows down the server most of the time due to excessive storage and lack of space to support the running program. If this will not work then share more details about your issue which I can help you.
