Can i use -B21 processor to replace -L21 processor that already installed?

in that case there will be only one processor in server (****-B21)

It depndents on the server in question. Please refer to that server's QuickSpecs for supported processors.

My case is P40637-B21 (DL360 4210R Svr).

I'm thinking about replacing P15974-L21 (Intel Silver 4210R) into P02634-B21(Intel Gold 6244).

Now i'm worrying if silgle -B21 processor would cause possible problem by not using -L21 processor
