Computer does not boot with 647594-B21

Dear Support,

I have Hp 311T P/N: 647594-B21 and I tried to use on 6 computers without any sucess. I tried on MXC-6401, ARK-3532D, HP Z2 , two Asus motherboard and one DELL computer,. On some computers I have BIP, at the boot and nothing displayed, no BIOS ..., on the other computer starts but nothing after.

Today I have doubt on this card.

This board is still under warranty (ordered in July 2022).

Is it possible to return and exchange the board?
