    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;A new server will have the default iLO Username and Password on a &lt;A href="https://support.hpe.com/hpesc/public/docDisplay?docLocale=en_US&amp;amp;docId=sf000046874en_us" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;label&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you have replaced the system board, you need to enter iLO configuration during POST.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;A href="https://support.hpe.com/hpesc/public/docDisplay?docId=a00105236en_us&amp;amp;page=GUID-D7147C7F-2016-0901-06D0-00000000066F.html" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;iLO 5 Configuration Utility&lt;/A&gt;.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If the keyboard is not working, please try another one or into a diffent USB port.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank You!&lt;BR /&gt;I work with HPE but opinions expressed here are mine.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://support.hpe.com/connect/s/search?language=en_US#t=Videos&amp;amp;sort=%40hpescuniversaldate%20descending&amp;amp;layout=card&amp;amp;numberOfResults=100" target="_blank"&gt;Recent Support Video Releases&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi team,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Recently we have changed the motherboard of a DL380 gen10 server, the UID shows the following error "1716 slot 0 drive array unrecoverable media errors detected on drives during previous rebuild or background surface scan"&lt;BR /&gt;so I'm looking for the ILO password that came with the motherboard.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;PS : Keyboard is not regonised so I'can't use the F9 solution&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
